| Bio: | Hi, I'm Lis, which is short for Alice. Please, no Wonderland jokes, I can promise you I have heard them already. Hence 'Lis' ;) I'm twenty, English and an International Relations/Modern History major with ...two gap years, not counting the 'hiccup' that was a year at St Andrews University, studying English. I'm a would-be writer, if not for the permanent case of writer's block, and love spending days curled up with lots of pillows, books and a thunderstorm overhead. I am addicted to yarn-buying, my tiny white Mac, and chick-flick type movies that have no preserving value at all. I probably read every Regency romance novel published by Mills & Boon the year I turned thirteen, and thus all my pre-actuality knowledge of sex acts involved rainbows, fireworks and the earth moving. Not surprisingly, the follow-up was disappointing. Also, fairly gross. I have a CDJ at IJ which is used for babble purposes. This journal is essentially a repository for Real Life dealings, whether it be the depression I'm battling, the eating disorder crap I'm handling or y'know. A new yarn stash. I tend to befriend those I trust with my Issues (TM) because I try and keep my audience for whining and thrashing to a minimum ;) | |||||
